Bug Hashtags sometimes do not work

Sometimes hash-tags do not work:

I tried on other posts and it worked.

On the second word it took me 2-3 times (posting) to finally get it to show.

It happens randomly.
I can't pinpoint this yet.

This is not that important, I know the product is still in beta.

Well without a way to reproduce and fix it it'll keep happening for Gold too ;p

Hopefully a pattern will emerge

Ok Fillip H., I think I might have found out why it doesn't work.
When you use the Bold tags (I always do) it doesn't work, so you have to remove the bold tags in order for it to work, then if you add the bold tags after it still works, just the first time it cannot be bold.

EDIT: Nope, worked fine when the bold tags were tightly wrapped around the hash tag. Looks like it only doesn't work when that's the only thing in the post...

Are you able to find a scenario where it can be replicated mid-post?

I believe I have corrected two scenarios in which an invalid hash tag would be produced.

One scenario involves typing the # and then bolding the rest of the word: It will no longer produce an invalid "blank" hash link, it will simply ignore it.

Another involved bolding the whole thing mid-post.

Please re-download the mod and re-upload /dbtech/usertag_pro/actions/parse/hash.php and let me know if that works

There are no Hashtags Feed show on forum block.

You need to manually add the widget via the Forum Blocks Manager


Since the original issue has been solved, I'll close this
