Bug Cannot get the chatbox to work

we have fresh installed the version above and it works for a short while then just says loading, after a few minutes,

i need some help please as to why its doing this.

its not just me its every user on the site using different browsers on different o/s's on different levels of machine

ok found error console what am i looking for theres some lines of errors but there all forgien to me

Click the Errors button and then copy all of them and paste them in here.

clicked on the errors tab and the page is empty nothing to copy.

ok im getting some where.

I have the shoutbox working but have figured the issue out, when display active users is enabled the shout box just displays the message loading, when this setting is disabled the shoutbox works as normal.

bug, no ?

would be better if we could show the active users on the shoutbox, no ? after all when you pay for something you expect it to work, with the features advertised, no ?

I can, and it's working fine for me, as is the Active Users tab

active uses on the chat showing does not work ive not even activated refresh that page in 1 minute and you will see

The issue appears to be that you are mixing some templates from v5.4.8 and v6.0.x.

Please ensure you are importing the correct XML file for the version you wish to install, then revert any customised vBShout templates (customisations are not removed upon uninstall) and flush any cache systems like vB Optimise you may be running.

All sorted Fillip H., was a template issue, thanks again for your help
