Bug Upload action doesn't deduct/add credits

This is exactly the same bug as the download one:

but it is concerning the upload 'action'.

My bug report was deleted for being a duplicate, although it contained some information on the 'upload' action and therefore this information was lost.

I am opening this bug again but only for the 'upload action' this time.

Another 2 questions related to this are:
If a member uploads an attachment and then deletes it right away - does he/she keep the credits?
Is it possible to not charge users again for the same file that they have already downloaded?

If they delete an attachment it should deduct the credits, and it shouldnt charge them for downloading their own attachment. If either of these dont seem to be working let me know.

I've tested it and believe it's not the case. If I set a 'deduct' or 'add' action on "Uploading Attachments" the credits are neither deducted or added to that user.

I believe it has to do something similar to the previous 'download' bug I reported:

Sorry for the delay. After trying it on your site, I realized that it isn't so much as broken on vb3.8, but essentially entirely missing. I am in the process of rewriting and testing it, should hopefully be done in a few days.

I've gone and replaced the whole upload() method from your copy of (forums)/dbtech/credits/credits_vbulletin.php

this will take care of your upload actions. thanks for your patience. some good news is that theres a new release of vbcredits finally on friday ive lost count of the bugs and improvements ive made to it.
