Bug Import didn't work, and no sidebar blocks.

Hi Ozzy, well firstly I want to congratulate you on an awesome product. How refreshing! The whole interface, and everything is just classy! Thank you very much.

I just have 2 small issues, if you can perhaps help me with that please.

1. I did the import from awcoding, but it did not import anything.

2. The forum blocks were not created. I have it set to yes in the settings also.

Thank you for the kind words.

For the AWC were you running the pro version or the lite version?

For the sideblocks, did you go to Forums & Moderators / Forum Sideblocks Manager / Add Block and create DBTech - vBDonate?

The light version. (Please don't tell me that I cannot import the light version. )

I did not....sorry. There weren't any instructions in the download, so I did not know. I did now though, and they are there.

Ok I never had access to the lite version to try and import in closed beta testing. If you could, could you pm me a admin account, ftp info and phpmyadmin info. I will see If I can get the info I need and try it on my dev console.

Ok I got them imported, in the pro version the table is awc_payments and in the lite version the table is awcl_payments that is why it was not working, I will get this fixed in the next release for anyone else trying to import from the lite version.

Ok I see why it is doing it, now I just have to figure out a solution, stand by, I will be testing various things.

I have the sideblocks disabled for now till I figure out the issue.

Still working on it trying to come up with a viable solution. I fix it on the styles it is messed up on,it breaks it on the others. So just hang on till I can see if it is possible to fix it.

Taurus after many, many attempts to fix it by trying different things, looks like I finally got it working. I still do not know why those styles did not like displaying the sideblock, but I made a work around to solve the issue.

Thanks for your patience and letting me test it out on your site, since I could not replicate it on my dev console.

For anyone else if you run into this issue I will update the download package tomorrow, I need to do through it and make sure their is no rogue code left in there from testing stuff out.
I will post a news thread once it is available.

There seems to be only 2 small issues I still see. The first one, is that the sideblock seems to be without any header blocks now:



And the second is that on some skins the bar at the top now has a white border. And I cannot get it to change in the Stylevars also:

I fixed the issue with the the sideblock that you reported.

If you want to change the color of that border around the contribution goal block edit the stylevar shade_color under the group Global.
