How do I remove the highlighted fields from being displayed every post? I realize the top one is not part of your mod, but figured wouldn't hurt to ask if you knew a solution

You can edit the Postbit Integration setting in vBulletin Options.

To remove Join Date you'll need to edit the postbit_legacy template.
