I've never seen such an error message before, can you please post a screenshot of the full error message?

Also, you have to remember that your categories need Extension Groups tied to them. Just adding .jpg as an extension doesn't matter if the extension group is not allowed in the category you're uploading files in.

Refer to the Extension List table for what extensions are allowed for that particular category, and correct your configuration based on that

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
