Bug List headers won't display correct

Dear support,

A few weeks ago I installed a previous version of vbDownloads and got the same problem. See this topic for more information.

The problem is the list headers of my downloads won't display as it should be.

Yesterday I was doing some tests with the template customization options of the template: dbtech_downloads_listings. But without result: the header won't be displaying nice.

Is it possible to ask one of you guys to take a look at this problem?

Thank you David for helping me out! It looks pretty cool right now.
The list of files looks fine now, but the categorie list is broken:

As you can see, the category image is not at the right place - also the category name 'a, b, c' isn't displaying correctly.
Also, in the navbar is appearing the 'download button' from the default skin.. but, I would like to get this one out. Is this possible?

Would you please check those 2 things out?
