I have changed the default thanks/like icon to a bigger icon with a 32x32 size.

The problem is that the text is not align following the size of the icon. This should be automatic...

where can I change the values of the margin and height of the text?

That's working as intended, we expect the icons to be 16x16, same as the existing ones :)

The template that displays the button and the link is dbtech_thanks_postbit_entries_actionbit.

I can´t find any option to change the icon size...

you expect the icons to be 16x16, but is your choice, so keep in mind this and implement on the next version the align based on the image size. Please help me to show the images correctly.

The <img> tag in the template I showed you is what prints out the image, and the <a> tag that wraps around it is the text.

If all you want to do is resize the image to 16x16 you can put width="16" height="16" onto the <img> tag.

you don´t understand, I want to show 32px icons, not 16px! they are too small....

the text is not following the icon size, I want to move the text to the right and center the image vertically

I don't know how to do that, unfortunately :(

Have you tried it on a default skin? I seem to recall having briefly tested larger images and found that it works there - this could be an issue with your skin.

This is a customisation that goes beyond the scope of customisability we support, so I can't do much more than point you towards the template where you can tinker with CSS until you get it working for your specific needs.

In this case, we created the display with 16x16 images in mind. That's the image size we supply, and we test it with. Of course we understand that what we code against don't always fit everyone's needs, which is why we put all our HTML code in templates where possible, so people who need a level of customisability beyond drop-in image replacement (of the same size) can customise it themselves.

What this means is that we will provide you with directions to change it, but we can't always tell you "replace code X with code Y and it will work" - it sometimes is not that simple even for us.

If you're not skilled enough in CSS to tinker with it and tweak it yourself, you might want to contact your skin developer and see if they can assist you :)

But this is not user friendly...you can´t let the mod without flexibility regarding the image size... I´m suggesting this

Did you resize the default icons that are in that area from vBulletin, and they displayed as you wanted them to? IE: promote to article, blog this post etc

I´m talking about your mod, not vBulletin.

Following you, I can ask you.. "Why your actual gallery mod has many fool bugs? Is because vBulletin gallery does have many too?

Another question, how can I modify the top margin of the images? I want to center it following the text line but I can´t find in which template I can modify that :(

I know you were talking about a DBT mod, I asked if you were able to accomplish the same thing with the icons from vBulletin.

The template I posted earlier is the only template that deals with images - I don't know what you mean by "center it following the text line".

=) Chris was asking if you had any luck resizing the vB images, because if that worked the same process may be possible for APTL. If it isn't possible in vB, it would seem odd that you think we shouldn't sell software without that ability, but think it's ok that IB does.

Please try to be polite when dealing with the staff here and remember that we are trying to help - being rude won't get you anywhere.

Regards,

Cosmic

Sorry Cosmic, I didn´t wanted to be rude. vBulletin works in the same way as this mod. So, there is no easy option to make an image bigger and align the text based on that size?
ssl.php

Ok that's what I wanted to know, so no there is no easy way of doing it, like Fillip mentioned we do it the same way vB does their stuff, and the way that area is coded it expects the icons to be 16x16

If I have some time after work, I will look into what has to be done to use icons that are 32x32
