vBO 3.0 beta flush cache issue

I can reproduce this at-will. This bug was introduced when I upgraded to 3.0 beta, so it is either caused by CDN integration (I use maxcdn, origin pull) or regression.

Problem:
Style broken -- css invalid (pointing to wrong css file, out dated)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Style Manager -> Replacement Variable Manager
2. Change a replacement variable text.

Solution:
Flush cache manually

Known issue really, we'll be introducing more locations where cache is flushed automatically (in v3.0) but until then the manual flush option will keep things fresh should anyone run across these (ofcourse reporting them helps me add them in, so thanks!)
