Ah, well unfortunately I'm not able to help any further until someone else who also experience this problem and who is able to provide me this information, unfortunately
The only other thing I can think of is to try a complete re-install of the product (uninstall it, revert any custom templates you may have that remain, then re-download, re-upload and re-import the product, following the readme file as if it was a clean install) and see if that helps.
