I can't find it in Lite version. Most probably my Promotions - Groups - Ranks just stayed the same after uninstalling the vBExperience with the promotion/levels setup.

4.2 Any feature vBEx like in Your product ?
I have taken a risk to convert to Your product and do not want to get disappointed after purchasing the Bulk PRO Products.

No, Branding Free is a separate purchase altogether

You can run either the 3.8.x version or the 4.x version, meaning that you can't run it on 2 different forums, but once you upgrade your forum to 4.x then all you need to do is import the vB4.x XML file and it will work

It's likely that the prices will increase after the next major version has been released of each product. As more value gets added and more development time is spent, the product becomes worth more

vBActivity & Awards' Promotion system works side-by-side with vBulletin's, but it's still separate.

It's ok. My bad. Question was kinda twisted/lack of basic infos.

Meaning that vBExperience had integrated groups/ promotions (or has replacing the ones from vBulletin) so I was hoping that this integration will be possible in DBTech products.

I have created many groups and ranks in the past and hooked them with vBExperience.
Since vBExperience has been /dev nuLLed on my forum and your product has a different approach towards promotions and groups I do not know what to do with my all ranks and groups (thinking to delete them and sell upgrades in the vBShop).
