Question vBShop items will not show!

I need help with my vBShop. I have made a shop, categories, and placed items in those categories; however, no items will show at all - only the shop will show. I kept the permissions on default, but I did try switching from yes to default again to see if that was my problem. Please help me get my items in my shop - i know I'm missing something!

Have you followed the steps for adding new items to shops correctly?

1. Create Item
2. Edit the Shop, ticking the box for the item you created in step 1
3. Go back to edit the item, set per-shop configuration like price and stock
