Bug can't purchase items

This is a problem with all skins, even the vbulletin default style.

I've recently installed vbshop back into my forums, but when I go to vbshop.php when you hover over the items the hover box which displays the item info no longer show.
And when I click the "purchase" tab, it's not clickable (otherwise not adding anything to the shopping cart). Yet all permissions are correct?

Any idea how to solve this?

I cannot see this issue in action on your forum because the product has been deactivated.

Can you please either re-activate it or elevate my account Fillip H. to Administrator so that I can manage its active status myself?

If I cannot spot what's wrong right away, I'll also need an FTP account, so you may want to create / test one first (to ensure it can access the forum) and have it ready for me if I end up needing it.
