vbactivity-export.xml is not working it says invalid file

vbactivity-export.xml in XML folder is not working it says invalid file when trying to import, can you please check it?

You might be attempting to import it as a product. It is a file that should be used in vBActivity itself, once it's installed, via the "Import" feature found in the left-side nav.
