Hey Fillip, when I import from Abe's Post to Advanced Post Thanks, only Thanks Given are imported, Thanks (Received) was not sycned with Thanks Given

It shows nobody has received any thanks, while a lot have given thanks. Is that a bug? Is there anyway to sync Thanks Given to Thanks Received since it seems odd me to.

Cached is clear, and I've also done several recalculation

The Rebuild Statistics maintenance option will take care of this I believe.

No matter I do with the all maintenance option, it wouldn't calculate the Thanks Received.

Thanks receive still gets recorded when I try to click on the thanks button though

I have same problem

Thanks Given are imported
Thanks Received = zero (not imported)

(Thanks Received) is always zero even after rebuild statistics
When a user gave me a new "thanks" then the count started from zero (Thanks Received=1)

I think we need to update the file thanksimport.php

It's safe to uninstall it, as the new Maintenance option I'll add to the next version will read from the post table to detect the received user rather than rely on the old PTM table :)

Well then it'd only be safe to uninstall if someone has previously run the maintenance option, correct?

Has this been fixed yet? I just updated from Abe Thanks to this one and users are complaining about all their Thanks received being 0 now.

Would it be possible for me to have this done as a paid option? :) It doesn't seem that it would be that hard to have it include the lost thanks in there. My members are really giving me crap about it.

Also just found this out when moved over to my live board, gonna have some very unhappy users. Is there an eta on when this will be fixed?

Hey all,

If you re-download the Lite version from DBTech here: Download Lite Version: Advanced Post Thanks / Like - DragonByte Tech | vBulletin Mods & Addons and re-upload the files, then go to /admincp/thanks.php?do=maintenance&action=recalc2 then wait for that to complete, then re-run the normal Recalculate and Update Statistics maintenance actions, everything should be ok :)

oh finally
so this is fixed? :D

What about pro version?
I want to buy it but I am waiting to fix this bug so I can convert from Abe's mod.

I think we need to release v2.0.3 so all people can know about this in vb.org

Did I not say in my previous post it was fixed? :p

Any fix that's in Lite is also in Pro :)

Fillip
I uninstalled the product completely (product + files) and upload the new version (product + files)

but when I enter (thanksimport.php), I put 500 and started the (convert)
I cannot see as before, I cannot see the number of the (thanks) converted, it is only like this
http://im11.gulfup.com/2012-02-02/1328163973741.png

The page refresh each second and the number in the link increase +1

like this

admincp/thanksimport.php?do=doimport&startat=1&pp=500
admincp/thanksimport.php?do=doimport&startat=2&pp=500
admincp/thanksimport.php?do=doimport&startat=3&pp=500
admincp/thanksimport.php?do=doimport&startat=4&pp=500

......

until now I reach
admincp/thanksimport.php?do=doimport&startat=2300&pp=500
(from 30 minutes) seem it will not finish, because first time (before 2 months) when I run (thanksimport.php) with same (500/page) it finished after only 143 pages but now I reached 3000 pages!

Also, when I try to enter this link:
/admincp/thanks.php?do=maintenance&action=recalc2

I got this error:
Warning: Unexpected character in input: ''' (ASCII=39) state=1 in /home/USERNAME/public_html/forum/dbtech/thanks/actions/admin/maintenance.php on line 396
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting ')' in /home/USERNAME/public_html/forum/dbtech/thanks/actions/admin/maintenance.php on line 396

it was okay at least the first step (thanksimport.php) but after uninstalled an installed again I faced all these problems
I tried to install it again and again but same :(

That error means that the file did not upload properly. Please re-upload the file.
