When importing a Mochi game from my local PC, the game imports, the screen flashes and all games I've imported this way are displayed on a screen that says "discovered games".

I did this with a couple single game imports and they are all listed on this "discovered games" page, after importing any single new game.

Also, the same screen appears if you just click "begin" without selecting anything as if you are going to do a bulk import from the webservers filesystem. It should probably say "No new games found to import" or something.

The upload field adds what you selected into your bulk folder and scans it as normal.

Thus, it gives you a chance to review what you just did, before importing it (by clicking the button at the bottom as normal)

Hmm, well, I had nothing in my bulk upload folder though. I had only done a Mochi import and then a single file import of a Mochi ZIP file.

Let me explain the order I did things and that might help.

Imported several games via Mochi Importer.

Imported 1 game downloaded from Mochi and uploaded from my local PC

After clicking import, the 1 game is shown now on the "Discovered games".

I can keep clicking import all I want now and the same screen appears that says "Discovered games" with the one newly imported game.

Imported one more game the same way, as a ZIP file from my local computer.

Clicked import, now 2 games are displayed on "Discovered Games", the one I initially imported and then the second one I just imported.

That make any sense? I expected to not see the first game I imported as that process was done and overwith already.

Ok, I get it now, same as the Mochi import. Problem is... I have a 27" monitor and I didn't notice the small checkmark icons that denote that that game is already installed.

I guess, on this import screen, I expect to only see the games I'm actively importing, not all games if that makes sense.

I leave the game displayed that you already have installed so that...

You can see that the system acknowledged that you uploaded a file (instead of wondering what happened to the thing you just uploaded if you dont realize you already had it installed)

and so that you can update an installed game with new info from wherever you got it, which makes the most sense with mochi (those games do get updated, but no way to get the changes except this way)

I can include text with the installed icons and move them to the right so that it is more noticeable what they mean

Ok, something I noticed that was a little confusing. This will probably be easier to deal with once the Manage games is in place though, but I'll mention it anyway incase it sparks something.

I went to import a game, realized it didn't have a leaderboard and decided against it.

I then went to import a different game, the screen came up and now, both the game I didn't want, and the new one were already checked. Once you get a large list of games, it's quite possible that you might end up installing things you didn't want to, were waiting to install for a particular reason, etc.

The way I did it is by default, games you have not installed will be automatically checked, and those that you do have installed wont be (but can still be checked to allow an update of the data/media). Makes it a one-click import (since most of the time, you want all of them).

I did not make it delete anything you uploaded to the bulk import folder because I cant say for sure those were the only copies someone had, but if you previously imported them they wont be checked by default.
