Please give me more info with step by step details, How to Run Command-Line Maintenance Script?

Step 1: Upload the script somewhere on your server (can be literally anywhere)
Step 2: Open a SSH session to your server
Step 3: Type php /path/to/the/script/vbactivitymaint.php (substituting /path/to/the/script with the absolute path to the script)
Step 4: Follow the instructions on-screen

Where i can download the script for Upload server and where the Uoload locations?

Look inside the "do_not_upload" folder.

and where the Uoload locations?

Anywhere. It doesn't matter where, though I recommend somewhere not inside the public_html folder.

I Type php /home/user/activity/vbactivitymaint.php but does not run and open SSH error popup page.
