Install Issue

I am trying to install this triple triad pro product. I go to plugin manager. Click to import or add new. Put in the xml file, and hit the start button and it just hangs on the importing screen. It doesnt go any further than that. Any ideas?

Nevermind i am an idiot. Forgot to upload the files. I uploaded them to our test site lol.
