Question Having some issues

I am on the latest version of this mod but why am I still seeing this older version. There is no option to, not show in post bit.

That's correct, the "Manual Postbit Deployment" is what you need to set to Yes

1. Edit it out of postbit_legacy
2. Edit the dbtech_thanks_postbit template and replace contents with {vb:raw stats}

The following from postbit_legacy:

                    <vb:if condition="$post['joindate']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase join_date}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.joindate}</dd></vb:if>
                    <vb:if condition="$post['field2']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase location_perm}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.field2}</dd></vb:if>
                    <vb:if condition="$post['age']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase age}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.age}</dd></vb:if>
                    <dt>{vb:rawphrase 'posts'}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.posts}</dd>

As for the other, replace the entire contents.
