Bug Hash error with post quotes

Good morning, I've always had this problem, just now reporting it. When a person is quoted that has a character in their username the system doesn't quote their post properly. For example Awards - Diecast CraZy.

Yeah, that is unfortunate but it is sadly impossible to fix

The only option is to turn off that feature or disallow that character in usernames. Sorry
