Bug White screen on install

Hi.... im getting a white screen on install of the shout and everything hangs ..cant get anything back untill i remove the files from the server ... thanks

its only when the forums are turned off ..it takes the whole site down

also where is the Smilies button gone

This is a bug in vBulletin 5, I've reported it to them and they will fix it for a future version
