Slider does not slide all the time in Internet Explorer 9
I have no issues in Firefox which I usually use but decided to check to see if everything was working in IE 9
I thought the default skin was okay but it seems to happen there too. Not as often but it happens. ;)

P.S. When I say it does not slide all we see is the slider background image.

Unfortunately, I can't recreate this, even on your site. And I even went through the various modes of IE9 (IE9, IE9 Compatability[IE7,IE*8, Quirks]), and it worked just fine in all of them. In Quirks mode, the entire layout of the site was broken, but the slider still worked. I let it go through the entire slideshow twice on each mode, and it worked the entire time.

If you can recreate it, let me know what mode IE9 is in, and I'll try to recreate it as well. Also, if it happens again, try disabling the snow and see if there is still a problem.

I have disable/removed the snow but did not change the outcome.

I found that IE9 Compatibility the slider started to work.
It seems to work normally but switching between the CMS and Forum, ends with it not working and displaying the background image. If I do a hard refresh or switching between the Forum and CMS it may go to another background image.

I checked my netbook which has windows 7 and internet explorer 8 and it works but isn't working for me on vista with IE 9

When using IE9 ....I can not Post here on dbtech or stay logged in.
So here my post...Thank you Firefox. ;)
Using Vista and IE9 here on dbtech - I have found it the same here on dbtech the slider stops (freezes) to a slider background image.
If I use IE9 Compatibility the slider starts to work also parts of the site also shift around.

FB Connect covers login
Shout box: spreads out...

I am glad I use Firefox...Oh boy those IE9 users. :(

I tried un-installing vBSlider. It removed it from the Forum but not the CMS and when using IE9 Compatibility it functions/works on the CMS but freezes when not using Compatibility mode.
Cleared browser and cache but it remained

When installed and slider on FORUMHOME is disabled only works when in Compatibility mode.

Perhaps its a Vista issue? I'm on Win7, and as I said, I can't reproduce it. I will continue to look into it though...

I believe this issue is IE 9 with Vista.

It Seems to be fix on my end for now...but there is something in the Vista setting that IE 9 does not like...

This fixed my issue:

I Reset all settings in IE 9:

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset
