Thats just the way the downloads mod works, it doesn't properly take updates into account. Definetely the new version though.

I beleive 3.x version is in the download =) Don't quote me on that thought xD

yeah it is, look in the XML folder of the ZIP.

The 3.8 and 4.0 versions are in the same file. Just upload all files in the upload folder and import the specific product file to the version of your forum.
