Well, its there (its not supposed to be, as that was a last minute fix to the original code, but haven't updated it on here yet except for the default skin), but it doesn't actually work. If you click on a smilie, it doesn't insert it into the chatbox like it does in a thread. So that is the reason why it doesn't work.
