Bug Email queue size alert

I am not really sure how to word this, but since I sent those first introductory emails out, I am been peppered with emails like this:

lfd on host.creativx.com: Email queue size alert

Time: Mon Jun 27 00:05:07 2011 -0500

The exim delivery queue size is 20404

What does this mean? Have I set up something wrong?

I have no bounced mail in my ACP under VBMail, yet in my WHM I have more than 19500 mails in queue. And I see that most of these are all Yahoo email addresses. Is Yahoo somehow preventing me to email?

Seems like a issue with yahoo then.
