Urgent: Can't access site because of vBulletin Upgrade

For some reason, since I've upgraded to vb 4.2.2, I can't access the admin or my site because of errors due to dragonbyte software:

Open your config.php and below<?php add this line:

PHP:
 define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

So it looks like this:
PHP:
<?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
/*=================================================  =====================*\
|| ##################################################  ################## ||
|| # vBulletin 4.2.2

Then you can get into your ACP, disable the listed mods, then remove the define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); ftom the config.php

Okay, I've done that, thanks, but I've had to disable most of DBtech's products for my site to work. How can this be fixed?

I am sure some time very soon, there will be a update pushed out. Can you list all the ones you had to disable, just for reference?

Here are the ones I had to disable:

Credits
Moods
User Tagging
Notifications
Threadmins
Follow User

I think that's all. I downgraded vB as it wasn't just these products, but one or two others that were affected, not related to DBtech.

I have applied hotfixes to all DBTech mods that prevent those critical errors.

We are still not officially supporting vB 4.2.2 on PHP 5.4 due to lack of extensive testing. DBTech will be upgraded to a newer version of PHP later today.
Once we are confident our mods work correctly on PHP 5.4, we will begin official support for PHP 5.4 and vBulletin 4.2.2
