upload Q

I am not sure I understand the install instructions...
----------------
1. Upload the contents of the upload folder to your forum directory.
2. Install the product '[DBTech] vB Optimise Lite vB3.xml'. (If upgrading, ensure "Allow Override" is selected).
3. Configure vB Optimise from your Admin CP.
------------------
there are three folders in the upload folder.. admincp, includes, and vboptimize

admincp and includes already exist on my forum directory.. do I overwrite the existing folders and the file already there or add the files in each folder to files in the existing folders?

admincp and includes are default folders that come with vBulletin. you just need to add the files...that are not there in those folders
