Bug hide button

Hi, I try this: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/threads/3915-Hide-Button-in-vBulletin-4.1.4
but the content is always hidden, same for me(admin) when I reply or apply button thanks, if I edit the post I can see the hidden content.

if I click the box Require Thanks to see content (of course I don't use bbcode hide here) the hack work fine

That's because ticking that box is required for it to do what you want

no sorry, if I use this bbcode and the case together when I click after on thank the content is hidden.
If I understand the bbcode allows to hide only a part) of the content, then for me it not work

Yeah, using the BBCode along with the checkbox means you hide what's inside the BBCode.

I just tested it out on my test site and the content is hidden to users who did not post the thread/post until the thanks is clicked, then content is revealed.

Also the content is not hidden from the poster.

No need, there's no bug here

In your first picture, you clicked the HIDE button to add the HIDE tags, but you did not tick the "Require Thanks to see content" box, and as such the HIDE tag gets ignored

I say to you that the text which is put enters the bbcode hide always remain hidden, even if I mark " require... "; I am not stupid!

What php version are you running?

What type of server is it on, linux, windows?

If you pm me a admin account, and ftp info I can look into it after work.
