Hi - I've just installed the vbo3 beta but I'm having problems setting up CDN. I have all the details correct, but I get the following error when clicking continue:
CDN Integration Error
Sorry but we could verify the connection to your CDN Provider. Please go back and check the settings you entered.
To assist you, this is the response we got back from the API:
An unknown error occured when parsing the response from Amazon S3, the following response was returned from Amazon:

Please help - I've just moved all my images from my manual CDN setup and reverted all paths, so they are now being served off my server, so need to fix this asap please

Many thanks.

Mike

I just tested Amazon S3 integration here on DBTech and had no problems signing up, creating a bucket, initialising the CDN settings and successfully synched 6k items.

What region did you create your bucket in?
And are you 100% sure you inputted your keys correctly?

I've just tried the default bucket location (USA) and still get the same issue.

Please can you let me know the exact process you went through to set this up please - just in case I'm missing something. Thanks.

First, I signed up for Amazon AWS. This generated a public and secret key pair. I then signed up for the S3 service, which had me input my payment method and accept.

I then created a bucket, named it "dbtech" and did nothing further with it.

In vBOptimise I added the public / secret key pair and entered the bucket name.

Clicking continue started a sync, and it completed without a hitch.

I'm at a loss then - can you try any other CDN service? I believe in the past we've ran with Rackspace Cloud which seemed to work quite well.
