There are warning when Recalculate Points and selected some item at Excluded Forums.

The max execution time I can't do anything about. You need to set a lower amount of users per cycle.

Did you previously have any activity contests before upgrading to v3? If so, please try editing and saving them (no changes needed) then try the recalc again
