Your vBulletin installation seems to be hosed, for some reason it's still reporting as vB3 even though it is running vB4. Have you upgraded it to vB4, perchance?

already downloading TT Vb4 lite.

No problem, hopefully that will work, if not then I have some additional steps here:


Upon further investigation, please turn on debug mode by setting

$config['Misc']['debug'] = true;

in your config.php file, then go to your AdminCP, vBulletin Options, Version Info and Other Untouchables, and check the vBulletin Version Number setting.
If you are running vB4, it should read for instance 4.1.8. If you are running vB4 but it says 3.8.1 or something, then that is your problem. You may want to re-upload your vBulletin files and re-run the upgrade script

but i downloaded the wrong file for vb3.
