The navtab link's are non existant and i need to know to what links should i make to use with triple triad like the link to buy cards, or to do battle with, etc.

This mod is not compatible with vBulletin 4.2.0 - it relies on creating dynamic subnav links to link people to their current battle. This is a significant effort and not something that can be fixed by just adding navigation entries to the product XML file.
The best advice I can give you is look at the dbt_tt_navbar template and try to find a way to incorporate that into the core template (dbt_tt) - that might work.
