I cannot seem to get the shoutbox to display in the forumon page with the integration setting's. I know i have the right instance ID in it, but it ain't showing up.

That's due to it being written for the older vBShout version.
Go to the Instance Management, and write down the the Varname setting for the Forumon Chat instance. For the default shoutbox, it's instance1. The rest of this guide will assume you replace instance1 with the actual Varname if it is different.
Enter the Style Manager and change either {vb:raw vbshout} (vB4) or {$vbshout} (vB3) to either {vb:raw show.vbshout_instance1} (vB4) or {$show[vbshout_instance1]} (vB3) to the dbtech_forumon and dbtech_forumon_clean templates.

For the future, could you please start using your vBulletin Version instead of the "Addon" prefix? That prefix is used for attaching addons people have written to our mods
