Bug Notifications not working

Hi Guys,

Recently upgraded to 3.0.5 and noticed notifications for quotes/mentions are no longer working.

Any ideas?

Can you please be more specific than "no longer working"? That doesn't really help me get an idea of what's wrong

I really don't have much more to add I'm sorry.

I upgraded, and now mention/quote notifications simply don't work when a user is mentioned or quoted.

If a user was to type sutto, my name would appear as mentioned within the post (link to profile etc), however I would not receive a notification advising that I've been mentioned. The mentions and quotes to however appear listed in my profile.

That's what I needed to know - that they weren't showing up

Can you check dbtech_usertag_mentioncount in the user table for your user and see if you have any mentions?

If not, create/log in as a test user and do another mention on yourself and then check it again (before checking your profile or browsing any further), just to be sure it's not hiding away somewhere.

Let me know what the outcome is and we'll take it from there
