Question Invalid Action

I'm attempting to export my Achievements, Awards and Trophies as a backup but when I click on 'Export' I get the message 'Invalid Action'.

I checked through the rest of the forum to see if this had been logged and I've basically uninstalled the product, removed all the files associated with it from the server, deleted the left over tables from the database and then reuploaded all of the files from the Pro folders and then renistalled the product. Reset all the criterior, reset all the achievements, reset all the awards and then tried to export - same result 'Invalid Action'.

I've doubled and triple checked to make sure that all the correct files are uploaded and the ones that are know to cause problems have been purged. Other than this one little quirky issue, everything is working fine as it should - so far. I've not attempted to set up any contests or promotions; will do that later.

If you could help with this issue it would be great

I'd like to take the time to say 'thank you' for developing such worthwhile additions to vbulletin; quite often we're quick to point out faults and not so quick to give praise where it's due. I must also commend you on your customer service - there are many out there that could learn valuable lessons from your approach. So, once again, thank you for taking the time to develop and support excellent add-on products that make our forums a much more interesting and entertaining place.

I'll be upgrading to vBCredits II pro soon and a few others later.

I have a feeling that I'm doing something wrong here.

I've uploaded all the new files for version 2.1.7 imported the new product xml file selecting overwrite as it's an upgrade; all went smoothly product showing in product manager as version 2.1.7 and I'm still getting the 'Invalid Action' message when trying to export.

Any help would be appreciated
