Question Trying to get my head around this plug-in

I've just taken over a VB forum that utilises this plug-in. Want to get awards running on the site and have just updated to the latest version. However, when I give an award to a test user, it says granted but never shows up in the awarded users list. Not sure where to start with resolving this issue?

To make sure we're on the same page: In the AdminCP, you click Manage Awards -> Give Out New Award -> fill out the form fields -> click [Manage Users] -> the user you just gave an award to does not appear in the list

Is that correct?

Yes that's correct. It says added fine but when you check, no user have been added.

I'm unable to replicate this issue either with the user ID or the User Name option.

Can you please PM me with an FTP and AdminCP account so I can look into this further?

I'm about to upgrade to VB 5.1, I'll try this again post upgrade and will see what happens.

vBActivity does not have a vB5 version at this time.
