Install problems

I have Abe's post thanks installed. I disabled it, uploaded your mod, installed it .... saved the settings, permissions etc... imported "thanks from abe's and all went well

HOWEVER

I cannot thank/like/dislike anyone. I can see the imported thanks and the number of thanks per user.

I have uninstalled the mod for now any ideas, where to start looking?

There's no way to check what went wrong since you uninstalled the mod, sadly.

I cannot get this thing to work, after numerous re-installs permission checks, file uploads ............... and now the import script is taking for ever and it's not even in the 20% of posts

Where do I submit a support ticket?

Just curious to see if you had the missing 101.php error while installing.

Considering that error is something that only happened in the past week or so, and only for fresh installs, I doubt it ;p

The download's been updated with the missing file anyway

Sorry, had not figured 110.php was a beta.

Anyways, have the same problem with timeouts and its nginx. Would appreciate some followup on what was restarted. Was it nginx? or Php-fpm?
