Don't have enough permissions to steal

When I try to use the steal option in my forum, it says I do not have enough permissions. I tried to look for a way to enable it but I couldn't find it.

is anyone aware of this problem and know how to fix it?

Just did that, it still doesn't give me any different option, and I still don't have permission.

I am using vb 3.8.x

I just checked the Pro folder, and the product XML for vB 3.8 does indeed contain the option to enable stealing.

Please try deleting any previously downloaded vBShop zip files and extracted folders, then downloading / re-importing the XML again.
