I have just started to make use of a feature offered in the Pro version of this mod: auto-collapse a post when a certain number of button clicks have been made on that post.

The problem is that when the post has been collapsed there is some text, including the phrase
Click "View Post" to view it.
but when I click the "View Post" link, instead of un-collapsing the post (as happens when viewing a moderated post for example) a new browser tab opens, reloads the thread and the collapsed post is still collapsed.

This looks to me like a bug and if so I'd really appreciate it if you could release a hotfix to fix this. Thanks :)

I'm unable to replicate this issue. Please check Firefox' error console for any JS errors, as this doesn't happen on a default theme with no conflicting mods :)

I will investigate. Sorry for wasting your time over what sounds like a modification compatibility issue.

Update: Another person also reported this problem, and I was able to fix it :)

You can re-download and re-upload /dbtech/thanks/clientscript/thanks.js and do a Ctrl+F5 and it should be working now :)

Now the "View Post" link does nothing, on my board at least. Did the other person report back that this now works? Firefox doesn't detect any Javascript errors on my thread view pages.

This was due to a conflicting mod. Actually it was mainly due to an ambiguous MySQL query in showpost.php in the vbulletin core but that's another story. This is not a bug with the DBTech mod. Thanks Fillip H. for your time looking into this.

Thanks for posting back, which mod was it? In case someone else runs into the same problem :)
