Legacy CLI scripts for maintenance functions

As discussed here, please provide CLI scripts for each of the maintenance functions (or maybe all in one, with a selection). This will enable much faster recalculations for big boards instead of the slow processing via a GUI/www, not to mention avoid the timeout issues.

I assume this has not happened, we have an extremely large board with over 18k users and it is taking close to 10 per user to calculate points

As for how those are run via CLI I wouldn't know, I have extremely little experience running PHP scripts from CLI.
