    Legacy CLI scripts for maintenance functions

    As discussed here, please provide CLI scripts for each of the maintenance functions (or maybe all in one, with a selection). This will enable much faster recalculations for big boards instead of the slow processing via a GUI/www, not to mention avoid the timeout issues.

    Bug Member has a crap ton of credits but only 2 transactions. (Might be more members)
