Question Branding free key

I tried few times to download branding free zip. All I found is a readme file. Any way, can I get my key here please?

If you open up the readme file it will contain your key

Keep in mind not to include the "---" bit when entering it, as that's only a wrapper

Why is something I have already purchased all of a sudden branded with an upgraded version? That was not the product how I purchased it.

The branding for infopanels was originally on the panel headers themselves e.g "Dragonbyte-Tech: Infopanels - Top 5 stats"

People indicated that they felt this was displayed in too many places so we changed it to be more in line with our other products and simply have 1 footer instead.

I've gone ahead and credited your account with a branding free license meantime =)

Not a big deal really, but I bought several products before they were "branded" and I never received any kind of key. If anyone has the time to check into this for me it would be much appreciated. No hurry whatsoever. Just thought I'd post here rather than starting a new thread. Thanks for all you do for your customers.

Credited your account with a branding free license also =)

To the best of my knowledge this is the first time we have ever changed the way branding is displayed in a product. There was one other product where branding was added after release, and every customer was automatically given a branding free license for it =)

Was that VB Optimise? I don't think I ever received mine. Would it have been in an email? Hopefully I still have it somewhere. Thank you very much Cosmic. You guys give great service, as well as great products.

Edited to add: I found the email which said:

As you may (should) be aware, vBO now has DragonByte Tech Branding as of version 2.3.0 Now, our usual procedure (as evidenced by InfoPanels) Is to offer the branding free option for nothing to current owners of the product (since when they purchased it, it did not contain the branding). That wasn't mentioned/implemented at the time the email was sent out (My bad, I wasn't on top of it, had a lot of other things going on at the time)

This will be implemented as of today. All customers who own vBOptimise will now have access to download a “Branding Free” License to accompany their normal one. Anyone looking to purchase vBO in the next week will receive a 40% discount on the Branding Free option by using the coupon in the previous email (feel free to share it with friends.)

However, I don't see this anywhere in my downloads. Sorry to be so much trouble.

Sorted. Looks like it wasn't applied to certain bundle deal purchases made in the week prior for some reason =)
