bought vbshout but cannot find license

I bought [DBTech] vBShout v6.1.0 tonight and when I go to options menu. It tells me I've given the wrong number.
Would you please send me my license number to whiterook2@hot.mail.com
your last email went to "rande.comcast.net. but I seldom read any mail from this address
