Bug i cant remove files that upload and some other questions

hi

1st i have purchased Branding Free vboptimes and vbdownloader after the team install it and i still see that appear and no changes

2nd i can not remove any file when that upload it

3rd i cant see small pictuer for any file i upload

please help me to fix thise error

The pictures problem could be a number of things. First, go to the Admin Control Panel (AdminCP) and open the menu Settings (in the left menu pane) and then click on Options. Then from the list of options, select Dragonbyte-Tech: Downloads - General Options. In the settings page that opens, see if Maximum Screenshots Per Upload is set to more than 0.

Now check some settings in the Downloads section of the AdminCP (left hand menu pane). Firstly, in Manage Extensions, do you have the different image files set correctly? For example, are the file types gif, jpg, etc all set to belong to the 'images' extension group? If not, that might be the source of your problem.

In the Manage Modules section, make sure that you have the upload and download modules set to allow your usergroups to upload/download. Also, check that in the Manage Categories section that each category you want to has permissions to upload image files and the appropriate view, download and upload permissions for the usergroups that you want to be able to use them.

For the Branding Free, you should see a new file available in your Customer Area. You will need to download that and follow the instructions to remove the branding!

Do pictures work across the rest of the forum, for example avatars and profile pictures? What image software is your server using? Imagemagick? GD?

When I upload a file ti shows this when finish uploading.
