VB Downloads Lite

Can anyone tell me in what format do i fill out the "Path to Downloads" in my VB download settings in admincp?

do i enter in respect to "public_html" or respective of my forum path or complete path in respect to my url?

At moment im getting an error:

You did not enter a valid value for this setting.

My apologies, ive put this post and another of mine in this section when Ive just realised its the wrong forum area. I need to put them into the support forum. Can an admin move posts to correct boards pls.
