Question Reputation system

Hey - I have the pro version of your thanks program, and I am wondering if you know of a way to use the like/thanks to increase rep power, while leaving the main VB reputation system ONLINE, but without the "Star" button included? I use VB Experience as well and there are some awards etc we do for reputation score, however those awards don't work with the reputatoin system offline. So essentially, we want the rep system ONLINE, and also want to include the "like and thanks" buttons, but do not want the original VB "Star" button.

Just a template removal I take it of the star button? Or are there other methods?

I suppose you could edit the star out of the postbit(_legacy) template

AdminCP -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit <usergroup> -> User Reputation Permissions -> set Can Use Reputation to "No" and the star will be "gone" for the specific usergroup WITH the reputation system active.

Basically ... i've set all 4 choices for all usergroups to "No" since i'm not using generic reputation system. I'm using the "counter" with the DBTech MOD :]
