Bug Not receiving notifications

I am not receiving any sort of notifications when someone quotes or mentions me.

Am I to assume that what you wrote in this thread: [vB 5.0.x] Installed but not working no longer applies, then?

It does apply, still does not work. I am not receiving notifications at all. I have PM'd you all requested info. Please update me.
