I disabled all my products and left only vbactivity enabled but that didn't solve problem. I even uninstall it, upload files again and install it again.
Strange thing is that on my test site which is copy of the live I have vbactivity and vbcredits installed and both are working fine.
I am lost now, and don't know what else I can do or check.

Hmm, do you use .htaccess to redirect URLs? If so then that would need disabling (rename to something else temporarily) when disabling vBSEO otherwise redirects may still occur, or perhaps your htaccess has something specific to "leaderboards"?
