Bug includes/functions_navigation.php error ?

Regularly (few every 6-7 days or so), i have this error on top of my forum.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ..../includes/functions_navigation.php on line 355

I fixed it by doing bitfield rebuild.
I have asked what caused this on vb.com but no exact answer there.
So i was thinking maybe it's because of vb optimise. Can you please check?

vB Optimise does not cache vBulletin datastore items (only custom ones, i.e. modifications). You can try turning off the cache datastore option, but it may not make any difference.

How can i do that?
From vb's config.php?
Or from vboptimise setting page?
