Bug importing product freezes

Can import the product. Freezes after this

Updating Version Number To: 4.0.0

Altered Table: user
Altered Table: usergroup

Lite version installs just fine.

I check my logs and found this error...

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function unserialie() in REMOVED/dbtech/vbshout/install/450.php on line 94

Looks like a file issue in the install folder.

I can't seem to get it to install. Any Ideas since you marked it as "Not a Bug"? I thought unserialie() was a typo ans suppose to be unserialize(), but that is not the case.

I purchased this product and can't get it installed. How long does it take to get a support person to respond with something? EX: we are looking into it and will get back to you soon.

I'm getting a little frustrated here. The lite version on VB.org installs and works just fine, but I buy the PRO version and the product import freezes.

Can you try re-downloading and re-uploading the product from your Client Area?
